Mr. Javier Lopez shared his vision and experiences on green development, innovation, transformation and upgrade of European real estate enterprises. He emphasised that green development should be approached not only from the perspective of an individual construction project, but also from a broader perspective of a city and the synergies among the city, user and production. Green development should be supported by key smart technology in multiple social-economic aspects. He also presented the China-EU Future City project in Shenzhen as a reference of industrial upgrade and believed that this flagship project would provide China with a new model for greener and smarter growth.
